Captain: Boeing 737 Classic Series

We are seeking highly experienced and professional Captains to join our flight operations team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of flight safety, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and professional conduct while operating the Boeing 737 Classic Series.

As this is a dual operational and management role, preference will be given to candidates who possess strong leadership, administrative, and managerial capabilities. When not assigned to flying duties, the selected candidate may be required to perform management responsibilities and serve as Chief Pilot in support of the company’s flight operations.

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen.
• Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
• Hold a valid Boeing 737 Classic Type Rating for the B737-300/400/500 Series.
• Minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum of 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on the Boeing 737 Classic Series.
• Boeing 737 Type Rating Instructor (TRI) or Type Rating Examiner (TRE) qualification is preferred.
• Previous experience in flight operations management is highly preferred.
• Possess strong leadership, communication, administrative, and decision-making skills.
• Able and willing to perform both flying and management duties based on the company’s operational requirements.
• No history of aviation licence suspension or revocation.
• Willing to be based and deployed in accordance with the company’s operational requirements.
• Must be a non-smoker and must not use cigarettes, vaping devices, or any other nicotine products.
