Aircraft Maintenance Engineer: Boeing 737 Classic Series

We are seeking an experienced Boeing 737 Classic Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to support the safe, reliable, and airworthy operation of our B737-300/400/500 fleet.

The role involves performing line and/or base maintenance, aircraft troubleshooting, inspections, defect rectification, and maintenance activities in accordance with approved maintenance data, aviation regulations, and company procedures.

The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining aircraft reliability, operational readiness, and the highest standards of aviation safety in a dynamic operational environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Hold a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (AMEL) in accordance with applicable aviation authority regulations.
• Hold a valid Boeing 737-300/400/500 Type Rating.
• Minimum 3 years of experience holding the B737-300/400/500 type rating and performing maintenance on the aircraft.
• Strong knowledge of B737 Classic aircraft systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices.
• Experience in line maintenance and/or base maintenance.
• Familiar with aircraft maintenance documentation (AMM, IPC, FIM, WDM, SRM, MEL)
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willing to work in shifts and travel as required.
• Physically fit and able to work in a safety-critical environment.
• Must be a non-smoker and must not use cigarettes, vaping devices, or any other nicotine products.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications will be an advantage:

• Holding Required Inspection Item (RII) Authorization.
• Holding Technical Instructor Authorization/Qualification.
• Experience conducting technical training, On-the-Job Training (OJT), or mentoring junior engineers.
• Able to perform engine ground run.
• Management experience.
