PT Smart Cakrawala Aviation operates flight training, fixed wing and rotary services across Indonesia. Keeping those operations running depends on the right spare parts, tools, and materials being available at the right base, and on stock records that can be trusted.
This is an Admin Store internship within that environment. You will support the store team in recording, checking, and organising stock, and see how aviation materials move from the warehouse to our operational bases across the country.
This role is based in Tangerang (Aeropolis area). Assignments to other regions (Papua, Kalimantan, and other areas) may be arranged as needed.
What You Will Do
- Record incoming and outgoing goods and keep stock data accurate and up to date
- Help run regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock against the records
- Prepare and file store documents such as goods receipts, issue slips, and transfer requests
- Maintain stock reports in Microsoft Excel for the store team and management
- Support daily activities in the warehouse and in the field, including receiving, labelling, and arranging goods
- Coordinate with operations and procurement on material requests and deliveries
What We Are Looking For
- Male or female, maximum age of 26 years
- Active university student, at least in semester 4
- Non-smoker (mandatory)
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Thorough, honest, and responsible
- Able to operate a computer, at least Microsoft Excel
- Basic skills in administration and stock recording
- Ready to work both in the field and in the warehouse
- Willing to be assigned to other regions (Papua, Kalimantan, and other areas)
- Internship duration: min. 6 months (1 semester)
Good to Have
- Able to operate a forklift
- Coursework or experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management
