PT Smart Cakrawala Aviation operates flight training, fixed wing and rotary services across Indonesia. Behind every flight are pilots, engineers, and support staff whose recruitment, records, and development all have to be handled carefully and on time.
This is a Human Capital internship within that environment. You will work alongside our Human Capital team and see how a growing aviation company finds, onboards, and looks after its people, from the first job posting to day-to-day employee administration.
This role is based in our Jakarta / Tangerang area offices.
What You Will Do
- Support the recruitment process, including screening applications, scheduling interviews, and keeping candidate records up to date
- Maintain employee data and personnel files so that they stay complete and accurate
- Help prepare HR documents such as letters, forms, and reports in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including document collection and orientation preparation
- Support training and employee engagement activities
- Help with attendance and other routine HR administration
What We Are Looking For
- Male or female
- Active university student, at least in semester 4, majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Domiciled in Jakarta or Tangerang
- Genuine interest in Human Resources / Human Capital
- Understanding of the basics of administration and employee data management
- Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Good communication skills, thorough, disciplined, and responsible
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Willing to follow the internship period set by the company
Good to Have
- Coursework or a campus organisation role related to recruitment, people development, or event coordination
- Interest in aviation or in how a large operation manages its people
