PT. Smart Cakrawala Aviation is looking for an experienced and strategic Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations. You will ensure financial accuracy, manage a high-performing team, and build strong relationships with external stakeholders to support the company's large-scale transformation. This is a build and fix role: you will set up what is still missing and strengthen what already exists.
This is a full-time position based in Jakarta.
Responsibilities
- Check data for accuracy across detailed process flows and controls, and in the reporting of both internal and external financial statements.
- Manage and harmonise the team to increase productivity and work efficiency.
- Establish and maintain sound relationships with external stakeholders, including tax authorities, banks, and auditors, to ensure full compliance of local operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a GPA above 3.0. A CA (Chartered Accountant) certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputable audit firm.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian taxation across all tax types, and the ability to ensure full compliance.
- Hands-on, detailed knowledge of accounting processes, budgeting, and cash flow, with proven experience preparing consolidated financial statements.
- Strong reporting and business analytics skills.
- Experience in audit, internal control, banking relationships, and risk management.
- IT savvy: involved in system design and process automation, with experience using various accounting systems.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Proficient in Excel for spreadsheet data processing.
- Team player, ready to collaborate, adapt, and work across departments to achieve common goals.
